Our second project in the Layan/Bang Tao builds upon the success of our first project that is almost sold out. This project offers homes that have been completely re-designed to increase both functionality and usable area. We have still retained the open plan concept where indoor and outdoor areas are seamlessly integrated to fit tropical living.

Our show-houses, both the 1-storey and 2-storey villas, should be ready for viewing by the end of 2007. Our first phase comprise 9 units while the second phase, which will be released in 2008, will consist of another 9 units.
