To maintain the overall privacy of each home, we have limited the total number of units to only 5. Current plans call for the construction of 4 one-storey units and 1 two-storey units.
The 1-storey unit provides a usable area of approximately 474 square meters, which comprises 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living area, dining area, separate maid quarters (with bathroom), covered garage and terraces that sweep around the unit.
The 2-storey unit offers a usable area of approximately 565 square meters. Located on the first floor is the living area and a detached dining pavilion. Separate maid quarters (with bathroom) and the covered garage is on the exterior of the unit.
The second floor consists of the master bed room and a second bed room, with its own bathroom.
